eBox is a digital mailbox that allows cities and municipalities to easily and securely send messages and documents to citizens or businesses. With EasyPost Connect, this is done completely automatically to either eBox Enterprise or eBox Citizen.

If sending via eBox doesn’t work or if your recipient hasn’t activated their eBox yet, the system automatically switches to the next channel in your workflow.

How does it work?
With EasyPost, you can effortlessly and securely send documents to eBox users.
The name of your organization is automatically filled in based on the company registration number, including the official name in the three national languages. Additionally, you can easily add a logo for each language version and choose how your service or application is displayed to the recipient. Thanks to the flexible settings, you can even customize your own URL.
Each document is assigned a specific message type, tailored to the content. You decide the name of the message type in three languages and how long it remains available in the recipient’s eBox. This way, you ensure clear, recognizable, and secure delivery of every document.

E-invoicing is the process of sending and processing invoices electronically instead of on paper. To ensure this is done in a standardized and secure way, Belgium uses the Peppol network. With EasyPost Connect, you can both send and receive e-invoices.

Combine the low cost of a digital registered delivery service (QeRDS) with the authority of a traditional registered delivery service.
