Either send the mail yourself

In this case, you first submit your document to our EasyPost Connect platform via the workflow for digital registered mail. Your recipient will subsequently receive a unique link via email, notifying them that the digital registered mail is available. Since you’re sending the registered mail electronically, the recipient will receive it almost immediately (depending on the speed of the internet connection).

The recipient must first identify themselves via eID or itsme® before being able to download and read the contents of the mail. In other words, you can be 100% certain that your mail has reached the right recipient.

Or send it automatically

Because having it seamlessly aligned to your organisation's workflow is another option. In this case, you get to choose how to deliver the documents: either manually (e.g. via a drag-and-drop system) or automatically (e.g. via the SFTP protocol or an API). The system then automatically prepares your registered mail for transmission. We automatically read the shipping details from your documents.

Digital mail, followed by paper-based mail

Not received a response to your digital registered mail within a predetermined number of days? Then we automatically convert your mail to a traditional registered mail. In this case, we print the mail and physically send it to your recipient. You determine the timeframe for sending the follow-up paper-based mail. If you want us to automatically send a physical copy within one working day of the digital mail, then we do so using a so-called hybrid registered mail.

Closely track the status

You can view your personal dashboard to determine whether your mail has been successfully delivered, opened or processed, per shipment and recipient. And also when and which workflow task will subsequently commence.

You’ll additionally receive notification and validation reports for your digital registered mail. These enable you to track all stages in the process: from submission to acceptance. And you can readily view and save all delivery receipts. These remain available on EasyPost Connect for 10 years, meaning you needn’t store them yourself.
